Rainbow Chan X HERstory

Rainbow Chan

This episode is dedicated to the new work of musician and interdisciplinary artist Rainbow Chan. She released the single Seven Sisters in August as a teaser for her song next album The Bridal Lament that comes out next year. This album is just one part of a concept.

Rainbow spent the last five years studying mother’s family culture, Weitou, with the support of Caritas Hong Kong as a project to ensure knowledge of the language and culture before is available given the threat of it being completely wiped out.

She has dates coming up of her solo stage performances of ‘The Bridal Lament’ in mid-October and early November. We’ve also got newbies from a fair few ladyees too.
