 Rising US pop star Carlie Hanson has released her new single, Back In My Arms, along with an accompanying lyric video. Carlie will be touring Australia for the very first time this November with Lauv.

In just under two years, 18-year-old Carlie has made her way from working at a McDonalds drive-thru in a small Wisconsin town to becoming a full-fledged artist and songwriter who has graced the pages of iconic magazines such as CR Fashion BookNylon, L’Officiel, Relix, Paper and more.

When talking about the track, Carlie says: “Back In My Arms is a song about my first romantic relationship with a girl. I wrote it about the feeling of intoxication and infatuation during a new relationship.”

Carlie has self-released six vibrant breakout tracks, which have garnered a collective 60 million-plus streams, and earned her a spot on Paper magazine’s list of “100 People Taking Over 2019.” Her viral hit Only One was prominently featured on Apple Music’s A-List Pop playlist, and was included in Spotify’s flagship pop list, Today’s Top Hits

 After performing at several notable US festivals including Bumbershoot in Seattle and Summerfest in Milwaukee, Carlie opened for Australian pop superstar Troye Sivan on his Bloom Tour in the US, made her European/UK debut opening forYUNGBLUD. She will also be joining Lauv for his Australian/New Zealand tour later this year.
